All’interno dello stand predisposto dalla Segreteria di Stato per l’Industria, i rappresentanti dell’ente camerale hanno potuto distribuire materiale relativo all’economia sammarinese e alle opportunità di investimento.
Forte l’interesse tra i visitatori, che non hanno esitato a richiedere informazioni e ad approfondire la conoscenza della nostra Repubblica.
Grande affluenza anche per il seminario “Flussi internazionali e aziendali: transfer pricing, residenza fiscale, CFC, Black list” organizzato dalla Camera di Commercio con il patrocinio delle Segreterie di Stato per gli Affari Esteri, per le Finanze e per l’Industria, e delle Associazioni di Categoria ANIS, OSLA, UNAS, USC e USOT. Tanti imprenditori, commercialisti e avvocati hanno potuto approfondire gli aspetti teorici, normativi e operativi inerenti i profili internazionali dei flussi d’impresa.
I relatori, l’Avvocato Salvatore Mattia e il Dottor Claudio Melillo del Centro Studi Internazionali GEB Partners, hanno affrontato temi d’attualità quali la gestione della variabile fiscale nelle imprese, la dinamica dei flussi transnazionali di reddito, la Tax Governance nei gruppi d’imprese, nonché il supporto in sede di verifica fiscale.
Terminata infine la raccolta dei bilanci 2009,grazie alla quale Camera di Commercio può ora procedere all’analisi dei dati inseriti dagli operatori economici sammarinesi all’interno dell’apposito software.
L’acquisizione di questa informativa, stabilita dalla Legge 71/2004, permetterà all’ente camerale di elaborare l’annuale Rapporto sull’Andamento dell’Economia (disponibile a dicembre 2010) che fornisce un quadro dettagliato sullo stato di salute del sistema economico, sui suoi punti di forza e di debolezza e sulle dinamiche economiche in atto.

Once again this year the Chamber of Commerce took part in the Rimini Meeting, a major event consisting of meetings, exhibitions, music and live performances, now in its 31st year. Within the stand set up by the Ministry for industry, the Chamber of Commerce representatives distributed material relating to the San Marino economy and the investment opportunities offered by the country.
Keen interest on the part of visitors, who did not hesitate to ask for more details in order to become better acquainted with our Republic.
Numerous visitors also flocked to the seminar “International and corporate flows: transfer pricing, tax residency, CFC, Black List” organised by the Chamber of Commerce with the support of the Ministries for Foreign Affairs, Finance and Industry, and of the Trade Associations ANIS, OSLA, UNAS, USC and USOT.
Entrepreneurs, business experts and lawyers were able to obtain detailed information concerning theoretical, regulatory and operative aspects regarding the international profiles of business flows.
The speakers, Lawyer Salvatore Mattia and Dr. Claudio Melillo, of the International Study Centre GEB Partners, addressed current topics such as the management of fiscal variables in companies, the dynamics of cross-border income flows, Tax Governance in enterprise clusters, as well as tax audit support.
The collection of financial statements for 2009 having come to a close, the Chamber of Commerce can now proceed to analyse the data entered by San Marino economic operators in the specially-prepared software.
The acquisition of this information, established by law 71/2004, will enable the Chamber of Commerce to compile the annual Report on Economic Trends (available in December 2010), which provides a detailed picture of the state of health of the economic system, of its strong and weak points and of the economic dynamics under way.
