Una nuova strada. Nuovi indirizzi. Un nuovo sistema Paese con il quale presentarsi al mondo.

La crisi globale, la tensione nei rapporti con l’Italia, la guerra mediatica contro San Marino, lo smarrimento del sistema bancario, la difficoltà delle imprese, l’eurocrisi. Tre anni terribili, che hanno fatto tremare Governo e cittadini, che stanno mettendo in ginocchio l’economia e il Paese. Ma noi sammarinesi, tutti quanti, siamo gente orgogliosa e fiera, con una dna modellato da 1711 anni di libertà e democrazia. Dopo aver guardato in profondità dentro noi stessi, abbiamo rialzato la testa, pronti a rimboccarci le maniche per lavorare sodo sul cambiamento.

San Marino ha raccolto la sfida e convinto della necessità di compiere una metamorfosi a tutti i livelli – economico, politico, ma anche sociale e culturale – ha rilanciato con una visione basata su parole chiave quali internazionalizzazione e sovranità tecnologica, in un ambiente garantito e garantista, in cui etica e trasparenza sono fattori imprescindibili. Su questo fronte e su queste basi, la Segreteria di Stato per l’Industria, l’Artigianato e il Commercio sta continuando nella sua opera di cambiamento e ricostruzione, con la convinzione che occorra condividere quanto più possibile la visione del nuovo sistema Paese, ma senza lasciarsi distrarre o frenare da chi invece è legato a schemi logori, a trucchi da prestigiatore pur di avere tanto “subito e facile”, e magari a privilegio di pochi.
Con l’invito a costruire insieme il futuro – da qui è nato il logo Moulding the future – la Segreteria di Stato ha voluto caratterizzare il proprio mandato quinquennale puntando all’internazionalizzazione e all’innovazione del sistema economico ma con una visione integrata, consapevole che nulla potrà essere cambiato se non vengono coinvolti nel processo di cambiamento i nostri ragazzi. A loro non va regalato nulla, ed anzi va insegnato che niente è dovuto e tutto va conquistato, ma certamente va predisposto un ventaglio di opportunità che possa metterli in condizione di relazionarsi con il resto del mondo e di avere una preparazione accurata e al passo con i tempi. Saranno loro a raccogliere la nostra eredità e a guidare il Paese. Un Paese che dovrà essere vincente.
San Marino has taken up the challenge And has relaunched it
The global crisis, tension in relations with Italy, the media war against San Marino, the bewilderment of the banking system, difficult times for businesses and the euro crisis – three awful years that have made the government and citizens quake and are driving the economy and the country to their knees. But the people of San Marino – all of us – are proud people whose DNA has been shaped by 1,711 years of freedom and democracy. After looking deep inside ourselves, we have once again lifted our heads, ready to roll up our sleeves and work hard to bring about change. A new path, new directions and a new country system to present to the world; San Marino has taken up the challenge and as it is convinced of the need for a metamorphosis on all levels – social and cultural, as well as economic and political – has relaunched itself, with a vision based on key words such as internationalization and technological sovereignty, in an environment that is both guaranteed and protective of civil rights, in which ethics and transparency are essential factors.
On this front and based on these foundations, the Secretary of State for Industry, Crafts and Commerce is continuing to work towards change and reconstruction, with the firm belief that it is necessary to share the vision of the new country system, as far as possible, without allowing ourselves to be distracted or held back by those who are tied to tired schemes or magical tricks in order to have everything “immediately and easily” and maybe for the benefit of just a few. With an invitation to build the future together – which gave rise to the logo Moulding the Future – the Secretary of State has sought to characterize his five-year term in office by focusing on internationalization and the innovation of the economic system, but with an integrated vision, fully aware that nothing can happen unless our younger generations are involved in the process of change. They should not be gifted anything; on the contrary, they should be taught that they are not due anything and that everything has to be earned. However, we certainly need to provide for a series of opportunities that can put them in the position to dialogue with the rest of the world and have a thorough preparation that keeps up with the times. After all, they will be left our inheritance and will have to guide the country; a country that must be a winning one.
