E’ finalmente online infatti il Registro delle Imprese, che consente agli utenti di accedere ad un’ampia gamma di attività comodamente dal proprio computer. E’ sufficiente connettersi alla pagina https://registroimprese.cc.sm per entrare in un vero e proprio sportello virtuale che raccoglie alcuni dei servizi offerti dalla Camera di Commercio quali ad esempio: aggiornamento dei dati dell’impresa, inserimento bilanci e prospetti economico finanziari, domanda di accesso ai benefici per l’imprenditoria giovanile, richiesta dei certificati di origine, dei certificati di iscrizione, della smart card per la firma elettronica e tanti altri ancora.
Tra i servizi già attivi, la novità più interessante è la possibilità di scaricare visure camerali.
La procedura è semplice e intuitiva: ogni visura ha un prezzo di € 3 e per riceverla è sufficiente registrarsi al sito, caricare il proprio plafond (attraverso carta di credito o bonifico) con un importo da un minimo di € 15,00 fino a un massimo di € 250,00. Sarà poi sufficiente inserire il proprio nome utente e la password assegnata automaticamente dal sistema per poter visualizzare e stampare le visure camerali relative alle imprese attive nella Repubblica di San Marino.
E’ necessario specificare che, in attesa che venga avviato l’iter per “l’accentramento della tenuta dei pubblici registri in materia di società ed imprese” così come previsto dall’art. 43 della Legge 22 dicembre 2010 n. 194, le visure non avranno però valore di certificazione e quindi per i documenti ufficiali occorrerà rivolgersi agli uffici competenti.
“Tradurre le parole in fatti concreti è sempre una sfida avvincente, perciò non possiamo che essere oltremodo soddisfatti per l’attivazione del registro imprese – commenta Simona Michelotti, Presidente della Camera di Commercio –. Un concreto passo avanti verso la trasparenza e verso la sburocratizzazione che ha richiesto quasi due anni di impegno. La nuova sfida sarà perfezionare ulteriormente questo sportello virtuale affinché le imprese sammarinesi possano accedere ancora più agilmente ai servizi offerti dalla Camera di Commercio e, al tempo stesso, sia uno strumento di lavoro efficace e qualificato per chi desidera lavorare con la nostra Repubblica”.

Users will be able to access a broad range of activities conveniently from their own computers. All they have to do is log onto the page https://registroimprese.cc.sm to enter a real virtual counter where they will find many of the services provided by the Chamber of Commerce such as, for example: company detail updates, financial statements, Guida Titano detail updates, certificates of origin applications, registration certificate applications, smart car for the electronic signature and many others. Among the already-available services, the big novelty is being able to download Chamber of Commerce business register file searches. The procedure is simple and intuitive: each file search costs € 3 and to receive it all users have to do is register on the website, send payment (by credit card or bank transfer), from a minimum of € 15.00 up to a maximum of € 250.00. After that, it is simply a case of entering a username and password, assigned automatically by the system, to be able to display and print the file searches relating to companies operating in the Republic of San Marino. It must be stressed that, until the procedure is begun for “the centralization of the keeping of public registers on companies and enterprises” as required by art. 43 of Law no. 194 dated 22 December 2010, the company searches will not have certification validity and official documents will have to continue to be obtained from the competent offices. “Translating words into concrete facts has always been an exciting challenge. We can therefore only be more than satisfied now that the online trade register has become operative – says Simona Michelotti, President of the Chamber of Commerce –. A concrete step forward towards greater transparency and less red tape which has required almost two years of commitment. The new challenge will be to upgrade this virtual counter even further so that San Marino enterprises can access the services provided by the Chamber of Commerce even more easily and, at the same time, so that it might become an effective and professional work tool for anyone wanting to do business in our Republic”.
