Il mese di febbraio è risultato molto impegnativo per l’Area Amministrativa della Camera di Commercio.
Sono iniziati infatti i rinnovi delle iscrizioni al registro delle imprese abilitate e all’albo dei soggetti abilitati ai quali sono tenute ad iscriversi tutte le imprese, private o pubbliche, aventi sede nella Repubblica di San Marino e che svolgono la loro attività nei settori rientranti nell’ambito di applicazione della Legge n. 148/2005, in ottemperanza al Decreto Delegato 113 del 4 agosto 2008. In seguito all’iscrizione all’albo e al registro, la Camera di Commercio potrà rilasciare l’apposito certificato di riconoscimento dei requisiti tecnico-professionali, che l’impresa dovrà poi allegare alla dichiarazione di conformità dell’impianto a regola d’arte che deve essere rilasciata alla fine di ogni opera di installazione e/o manutenzione e/o di ampliamento e/o trasformazione. Si sono chiuse invece le iscrizioni al Club Estero, l’Ufficio che la Camera di Commercio ha riservato all’internazionalizzazione, e che svolge funzioni di assistenza e promozione per favorire la presenza delle aziende sui mercati internazionali. I membri del Club Estero – oltre ad usufruire di una serie di agevolazioni economiche con catene alberghiere, trasporti e spedizionieri convenzionati – hanno l’opportunità di accedere a informazioni relative ai mercati esteri, di prendere parte a seminari a loro dedicati e di mettere a confronto le rispettive esperienze nel campo dell’internazionalizzazione. Per i giovani aspiranti imprenditori invece, sarà possibile presentare la domanda per accedere ai benefici previsti dalla Legge a sostegno dell’imprenditoria giovanile e femminile (Legge n.134/97). La prossima Commissione si riunirà entro il 30 giugno 2010. The Chamber of Commerce: always working for San Marino companies
February proved a very busy month for the Administrative Department of the Chamber of Commerce. It marked in fact the renewal of the registrations in the qualified company register and in the register of qualified bodies in which all the private and public companies must register which are based in the Republic of San Marino and whose business activities fall within the field of application of Law no. 148/2005, in compliance with Delegate Decree 113 dated 4 August 2008. After registration in the registers, the Chamber of Commerce is able to issue a certificate of recognition of technical-professional requirements, which the company must then attach to the workmanlike plant compliance statement which must be issued upon termination of every installation and/or maintenance and/or extension and/or transformation job. Registrations in Club Estero have come to a close; this initiative, dedicated by the Chamber of Commerce to internationalisation, provides assistance and promotion to favour the business activities of companies on international markets. The Club Estero members – besides benefiting from a series of economic advantages with hotel chains and with participating carriers and forwarders – are able to access information relating to foreign markets, take part in dedicated seminars and exchange experiences in the field of internationalisation. Budding young entrepreneurs on the other hand will be able to file an application to access the benefits provided by the law in support of young businesspersons and businesswomen (Law no.134/97). The next Commission will convene by 30 June 2010. All those youngsters with innovative ideas and who wish to set up businesses of their own should file an application with the Chamber of Commerce of San Marino by 30 March 2010 at the latest.
